With so many different martial arts classes to choose from finding the right one can be difficult, Karate, Tae kwon do, Kick boxing, Kung Fu, Jujitsu the list is endless... Our Federation uses the Korean martial arts of Tang Soo Do as a vehicle for learning self-defense, improving fitness and the practice of leadership and life skills. Our four age related programmes have been developed to help members build a level of confidence that will enable them to 'make the right decisions in life'.
Our four programmes were introduced to offer access to the art at a suitable, age related, achievable pace and hence negate the need to lower standards for younger or senior practitioners. In this case less definitely is more.
We do all of this in an environment where members are free from physical harm or emotional intimidation.
