Our Federation utilizes the traditional Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do as a vehicle with which to learning self defense, improve fitness (and hence the practice of stress management) and the practice of leadership and life sills.
Our four age related Martial Arts programmes have been developed to help Members of all ages to build a level of confidence that will enable them to 'make the right decisions in life'. We do this in an environment where members are free from physical harm or emotional intimidation.
